5. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates are based on the information available at the time and are subject to revision. Final pricing may vary due to changes in project scope, labor, materials, location, or other unforeseen conditions. Revised estimates will be shared and must be approved before work continues.

6. Scheduling and Cancellation

For services requiring appointments, you agree to:

  • Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Pay applicable cancellation fees where noted.

  • Acknowledge that missed or late appointments may result in charges.

We reserve the right to reschedule or delay service due to weather, equipment issues, personnel availability, or other unforeseen factors.

7. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees and charges in accordance with the service agreement or invoice issued. Payment terms may include:

  • A required deposit to secure your service.

  • Full or remaining balance due upon service completion.

  • Late fees for overdue payments.

We accept payment via credit/debit card, ACH, PayPal, or through approved third-party platforms.

RolTak may utilize third-party service providers, contractors, or platforms to fulfill aspects of our services. While we strive for quality control, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or actions of third parties not under our direct employment.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our systems.

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten our employees, partners, or representatives.

  • Misrepresent yourself or your intentions in using our services.

10. Intellectual Property

RolTak provides services “as-is” and “as-available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines, and we are not responsible for delays, defects, or losses due to factors beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RolTak be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RolTak and its employees, officers, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted to https://www.roltak.com/terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
